Ridiculous I used your facility to wash my car all the time, yesterday I washed my car $14.00, I didn’t have time to use the vacuum, I went back today to vacuum my car and you have a sign at the vacuums “ NO TRASH SMILE YOUR ON CAMERA “ this is horrible, and the trash can is covered. Your business is there for people to clean their cars, and we pay to do it. I will not EVER use your facility again. I will drive over to PLEASANT ST in Brunswick where the VACUUMS ARE FREE and they ALLOW YOU TO USE THE TRASH CAN.

This review is for the WNTHROP MAINE LOCATION: Horrible car wash. Nobody works here if there's a problem. Nothing ever works! The fact that there is rarely any customers here testifies to that. I came here to give this car wash one more chance to get my wife's car cleaned and the machines that take money doesn't work. None of the machines that take money work because i tried. This is the last straw for me. I will NEVER waste my time and come back here again. Update: I checked my bank account when I got
home and this carwash took $10 dollars out of my account but provided no services. I am filing a police report today for theft. They act like it's open but later on the internet it said it's PERMANENTLY CLOSED yet it's still takes your money without providing services. It's on and CRACKEN now scum bag THIEVES!!!. Where are the signs that says it PERMANENTLY CLOSED! Shame on the owner! No integrity...No class!

Constantly doesn’t work. Office opened one day a week. People pay for memberships to not be able to use them. Just got locked in there with a line behind me after the machine said I was able to go. Front door locked. Had back up and reenter my car to make the machine acknowledge I was there. All while being told by other customers I needed to leave because I didn’t pay.
Would also like to point out previous couldn’t use the one wash that actually accepts the membership for weeks because of it being down. I certainly didn’t get my money back. At what point does one sue you for theft of service provided ?

Terrible pressure in the self serve port. Barely toggles back and forth between soap and rise. Overflowing trash bins. No wonder nobody is ever here.

This car wash has been poorly run for years. They have "New Management" according to the road signage(Dec 2023). Still poorly run. Water pressure has to be like 800psi on the self serve bays. Nearly the same pressure on "idle" without pulling the wand trigger as when you're pulling the trigger.Do not recommend.

Very low pressure water. No soap coming out and the brush looks like somebody used it to tar a driveway. Never again.

Horrible car wash. Cost $10 for the manual wash, no soap, no anything but a lightly pulsating “Power Washer” I have been to this place 2 times, same story both times. Rip off, go to another place.Service: Auto detailing

Paid for a car wash and got a receipt but the car wash never started. Got a call back from the manager and he took care of the issue. Just a computer glitch.

The last 3 times I’ve been here to wash my car using the self service bay, I’ve been double charged on my credit card.
