Visited on Veterans Day to replace an electric stove whose glass top had cracked. Replacing the stovetop was more expensive than buying a new one. Elijah was so helpful in helping me decide which brand to choose and thoroughly explained the features of each as well as the wonderful warranty that Agrens offers. I will never shop for appliances anywhere else.

I paid $7200 on October 26 for a new Wolf range from the Topsham store.
It was supposed to be installed on November 11. The sales representative Dexter did not place the order correctly.
Now we have to wait until December 2 for the installation.
So much for using our new oven at Thanksgiving.

We have had a lot of snags with Agren. It took us over two weeks to get connected to our salesman to make a sale. Once our appliances were ordered one missed the truck and it was on us to locate the appliance and track down when it would be delivered. Our stove arrived on October 10, then needed to be converted, which was delayed until October 30. While the technician was great, he did not have the necessary tools to finish the job. This required a special order which Agren would not complete until November 19. Customer service has been unwilling to work with us or understand our frustrations. Extremely disappointed in the service, but satisfied with our appliances themselves.

I had a great experience at Agren in Topsham. Elijah was wonderful. We needed a new dishwasher and he made the experience quick and painless.
