Remodeled Walmart looks awesome, but it will take time to reorganize my brain to find everything. Three times, I had to ask employees for help finding products, but all 3 were pleasant in their responses--even a fulfillment team member. (They're always in a hurry racing to fill online orders, so I hate to interrupt them, but they know where everything is.) Anyway, I am docking you a point bcs, as usual, there weren't enough cashiers--always seems to be more employees watching the registers than actually operating them. I hate your self checkouts because I always need help with some issue (either buying wine or produce without stickers) and there's not enough space to bag properly in the self checkout kiosks.

Good decent Walmart. Not the best but it’s good, normal Walmart selection. The store wasn’t dirty, parking was good. The associates inside were friendly and smiled while I was inside. I would go back to the Walmart if I was in the area. I did use the restroom facilities and they were in good repair with no extreme outlandish odors.

Relatively small store as far as Walmart goes but we found all of what we wanted.

Have not been to a Walmart that was not a super center in a long time. Very clean and well stocked.

Found almost everything we needed. Stock was low in some areas. The store was clean and neat.

Tried to purchase flea drops for my dog. Unfortunately, they keep all this product behind a locked case now. I was told that I would have to purchase this item immediately and then continue my shopping, as I wasn't finishes just yet. I was fine with this, but taken to the nearest cashier who was backed up with a customer's order and several more people waiting behind me. I ended up walking away, and couldn't purchase this item for my dog. Mind you, I had $200 worth of merchandise in my cart, but they lost out on a $30 item because of the dire lack of customer service. It's always pretty bad when I visit here, but today was bad enough to write about. While here today, I witnessed two customers be far more helpful to their fellow customers than the employees. The employees all have to focus on stocking and pulling internet orders, but they don't know where anything is even in their own sections. I've also had to help customers several times, including being the only person to put a warning sign out for broken glass because there wasn't a soul to be found. I have never worked at walmart and yet I have. As a company, they've bever been great but now they really are just terrible. Unfortunately in Maine it's hard to find a brick and mortar store that has what you need when you need it. Just be aware that you're better off asking another customer for help - with literally anything.
