Brandon and Samuel were both very patient and helpful. Porting my old phone number over from Tracfone was not a simple process. Seems like it should have been, but Tracfone makes it a lot harder than it should be. But both Brandon and Samuel persisted -- willingly, successfully. Well done.

Will not sell an Iphone for a prepay customer. I drove an hour with cash in hand, but nope. Only if I sign a three year contract and pay 60% more per month. So, I will be shopping around, not at verizon and not at this store.

Repeatedly poor service, today the management had locked their business computers away in the back office and no one could find the key to open the door to it! Meant no one was helped. Badly incompetent.

Brandon is a very knowledgeable and helpful guy at the Verizon store in Thomaston near Walmart. He was able to immediately assess the problems with my phone, and then actually fixed the problems. I don't know about you, but any guy who knows how to fix my phone is an instant god in my world. Get Verizon and ask for Brandon; you will thank me!
