At this location they don't seem to have working POS systems fairly often which makes their understaffing problem even worse. Bad service along with the recent divestment from DEI efforts have made my decision not to purchase from this buisness very easy.

Any place that will cave to the worst of society by pulling away from something like the human rights campaign doesn't deserve a good review. Nice to know they made the recent decisions to "better align with their company values". So they value the business of hatemongers and stand against the lives and well being of millions of people. Greed at it's finest. I guess I need a new place to get the things I need for my pets.

Called to confirm when they stop selling propane. Store representative advised that the store was open until 9 PM. I asked if they sold propane until 9 PM and was told Yes. Stopped by the store at 8:30 PM and was told that propane was already shut down for the night. I ended up going to Irving and exchanging tank for a full tank.

This will 100% be a location I'll go out of my way to avoid. Watching my 65 year old mother hobble around the house because her back is hurt from loading grain she purchased. She was told that due to there only being two associates working, she had to load herself. I would have to believe that if they had offered in X amount of time (after they freed up) she would have waited for the assistance. Won't be back in this lifetime and can promise the story will get told as loud and often as I can.

One of the few businesses that actually have knowledgeable and helpful staff. I also love their no cost "neighborhood membership ". It's also Hella dope that i can not only bring my dog in with me(to pick out his own treats and toys) but the staff always happily greets him and on the rare occasion i don't bring my dog with they all ask where he is and how he's doing

Roy filled my propane tank and carried to my truck. He was a good natured guy. You could tell he loved his job.

Credit where credit is due! While not all of my experiences here have been good, Stephanie, the assistant manager went above and beyond with the assistance she provided in untangling a trailer sale. She told me what she had to do, explained the time it would take and jumped right on it. The sale was completed very quickly in spite of all the required paperwork for a trailer sale. Like I said, not all my experiences here have been good here in the past but Stephanie singlehandedly changed my opinion to 5 stars. Thank you!
