Service was done quickly and satisfactorily. Called for an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Disappointed it took 30 days before the appointment could be scheduled.

I'm an older woman solo out of towner traveler who brought her Toyota highlander in for a bumper collision repair. First off Scott head of the body shop was hard to find and impossible to reach after our first encounter. Scott indicated right away that he didn't have time fir me or my repair until late July. However, after coming out and looking at my vehicle he said the damage was simple enuf that I could get my insurance estimate and he could fit me in NO PROBLEM. The insurance adjuster met me and completed her estimate as promised within 48 hours. She also planned to send the estimate to Shephard Toyota at the same time. She indicated that she had a hard time getting Scott during this process. Scott never contacted me to schedule the repairs After multiple phone calls at least one or two detailed phone messages and almost two weeks later, I was able to contact Scott directly by phone. Contrary to his original proposal he indicated he was booking for September now and could not do my repair as promised. I understand being short staffed but why promise that you could do it if you can't ????

I lost my car keys while on vacation in the Port Clyde area, and tried several locksmiths and towing outlets before I contacted the Shepard dealership. When I spoke with Mike from the parts department, he was kind, helpful, and informative right away. He did some digging based on the info I had for my car and was able to order the key blank that I needed and get it in the next day, and he was happy to cut the key and help me in a super speedy way. All throughout the process, he was communicative, attentive, and generous with his time. Very grateful for Mike's help and would definitely work with them again!

Be careful! Employees at Shepard's are not masked, vaccinated, keeping their distance, or wiping down surfaces. They are not forthcoming about this, and have no problem keeping their vaccination status secret while talking and doing their jovial respiratory-droplet spewing salespitches to you as you get ready for a test-drive, with their face 18'' from yours. When I asked the unmasked man whether he'd been vaccinated, he said (a) they're 'not supposed to' tell customers they aren't vaccinated, and (b) he's too healthy to 'need' the vaccine, thus demonstrating a phenomenal level of ignorance about the pandemic and a sad lack of concern about the world around him, as he volunteers to be an asymptomatic incubator for COVID, promoting replication and mutation and transmission to the less fortunate who cross his path. As a physician, its sickening to put these ''too healthy for COVID'' people on a ventilator. If a mask or a vaccination is too difficult, try intubation! So, I left. No new car today. I'm not about to pay someone 10s of $1000s to willingly perpetuate the pandemic, someone who doesn't give a damn whether he has given me and other people COVID.

My brand new vehicle that I purchased on February 20 from them I hit a deer with After only putting 41 miles I had it sent Shepherd jeep in Toyota auto repair where it was supposed to have been repaired no later than March 19 that date has come and gone we have been given the runaround they are holding my car hostage when we have gone to check in on my vehicle the paint job that has been done is horrible the inside of my car was filthy with dust and dirt all in it they're holding parts in my vehicle which is a brand new 2001 Jeep Cherokee Limited with leather seats the mechanic has no date of when my vehicle is going to be finished they keep giving me excuses this is the worst

Staff are super quick at helping out and has decent prices here. They have a waiting room for something quick and they are really good at communicating to their customers. Overall, it has been a great experience coming in here as well as friendly service that can help you learn more about your vehicle.
