The staff here does a great job taking care of the animals and trying to find them a home. However, one front desk lady, Karen is her real name ironically, was rude and disrespectful to me and her coworker she was with. She was interrupting, dismissive, and super rude to her co worker in front of people trying to give needing pets a home. I believe adopting an animal should be a fun and encouraged thing, but also educated. Delivering information and interrupting conversations that you’re not apart of makes people not want to come back or recommend your establishment. Please take into consideration that not all of the staff are rude. Karen just seems to be a real life Karen.

Maximus Catticus was in this shelter for five years. When we adopted him, we found it hard to believe. What a wonderful cat. We've had Max for over a year now, and he has calmed down, and no longer puts his weapons out when he wants not to be pet. All pad, and sometimes a bit of meow. He just needed to know this was his forever home. I am so glad he was there for us to bring home.
