They replaced my diffuser on my exhaust system when everywhere else said it was not possible and would just have to get a new exhaust. They also quicky diagnosed my wheel bearings that needed replacing all for under $600 bucks. So grateful and appreciative of the great work and great job. Thank you!!!!

I just think this place is great, truly. I've been there now three times in the last couple months and they've all been not only very cool, but professional, fair, empathetic, and the mechanics are quick! Their pricing is fantastic, blows local competitors out of the water imo. They'll usually have or find availability within a week's time, they get parts super fast- these guys know the stress of vehicle maintenance and it shows.
My car feels fantastic after today's repairs. Thank you so much guys, I'll surely be a repeat customer!!

My husband and I were visiting Rockland when we had a potential tire issue. Napa referred us to Mr. TIRE. We drove up, and they told us to go to the last bay. There, two wonderful employees assisted us in determining if there was an issue or we had a leak. They found out nothing was wrong, and the company did not want to charge us for the help. We are grateful for the business and the workers!

Went to Mr. Tire this morning for a front end alignment. We knew our front tires were bad from going so long with a bad alignment. The guy came out and said that we had wire showing on the front tires (we didn’t know they were that bad) He said they had 2 tires that would fit our car if we wanted to have them put on. I let him know that we were going to order some inexpensive tires this week and put them on. He said “I want you guys to be safe. Those tires are no good to drive on. I’ll give you the alignment for free if you buy the tires.” ( the alignment was going to cost $80) Needless to say we bought the tires. I haven’t experienced kindess like that from a mechanic shop in a very, very long time. They have all our thanks and will be getting all our business from now on.

Low tire pressure light went on during our vacation in Maine, faced a 6+ hour drive home and did not want to do it with that condition. A local friend recommended Mr. Tire. I made an appointment for the day of our trip home (was on an island so could not do it earlier). We showed up 10 minutes early, car was addressed immediately, and 30 minutes later we were on the road, very relieved that the problem was fixed and that our drive home was not derailed. Thanks Mr. Tire.(Side note -- while we were waiting another customer came in with the same problem that we had, which suggests to me that Mr. Tire has a good rep locally for this kind of thing).

Been going here for 20 years and had nothing but impeccable honest service. This visit- horrible communication, after having my vehicle for two days, said it was going to be another day. Not everyone can be without a vehicle for days for a simple tire change. If they had been upfront about the time-line in the beginning,or at least took the time to call, other arrangements could have been made. The whole experience definitely left a bad taste.
