I came into the shop exasperated after several phone calls and online chats with Verizon customer service, all of which were unable to resolve the issue I was having. Lyrik made me feel like she was really on my side and didn't quit until we had a solution to the problem - which took a few calls and a lot of time on her end. She really saved the day and I'm so grateful for her help. This shop is really lucky to have her!”

This nice person not only got my phone started for the first time in two days. But I believe she was willing to let me use her own phone. To make sure I could check in with my wife.”
“Service was great...however, playing death metal music throughout the store is horrendous. Maybe it was a 1x thing for that day... or maybe it's on purpose to get people in and out faster... but either way, was the unpleasant part of being in the store.”
