I’ve just started my 3rd week and I love the individual attention and support during the group sessions. The sessions are small enough to allow this. They have classes all day, even into the evening, which works for me because I work full time. They are there for questions and support, not only just with the class portion, but also with the nutrition!

"Guess who's back, hitting the gym like a superhero coming out of retirement? That's right, this Vintage Gal decided to end her strike and reclaim her strength! And let me tell you, being coached by Travis, a young whippersnapper is like having a personal cheerleader in my corner. He's got this magical way of making me feel like I could bench press a bus if I wanted to!The Torture Sessions... I mean workouts are just what the doctor ordered. It's a love-hate relationship with the gym - I despise the pain during, but love the results after! Plus, group coaching is my new jam. Not only do I get some much-needed accountability, but I'm also meeting new folks who share my love for sweating profusely and making strange grunting noises. Ah, the joys of fitness! ?"

I enjoy the early morning workoutsI am also a fan of the small class size With the small group workouts the instructor is able to monitor your progress and to make sure you are preforming the exercise correctly

These past 4 weeks have been a game changer. I can’t speak to the length that others can about how hybrid has changed their life- but I can’t wait to expand on this statement in the future.Workouts:I have received support from coaches and members- it’s just the push I need! I have had the opportunity to work with Brandon and Travis through sessions and they are wonderful! They are knowledgeable, understanding, and adaptable to all needs. They have expertise to help you get to your goals without getting overwhelmed. Just show up, ready to put in effort and I promise you won’t regret it.Nutrition:I have been working with both Dusty and Hunter with the nutrition side of things. They have provided a system that is easy to complete with weekly accountability sessions to discuss problems, successes, and changes that can be made for better results. I was intimidated by this portion when I began but I am learning so much. I am seeing the results by being mindful and aware. Knowledge is power and they are providing me with just that!I highly recommend hybrid. The only regret I have is waiting this long to start!

Great local gym with wonderful trainers. Always personalized attention with individual or small class size and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Not intimidating at all, honestly just the opposite. The added nutritional coaching with accountability = the best results. Highly recommend! ?

Small group size makes it incredibly helpful in my exercise plan .There is a lot of individualized attention and support.I primarily have Travis as my instructor, and he is awesome. He pushes me to get stronger, and he can see when I am at my max effort. He encourages me and gives positive feedback, which is exactly what I need!I am in my mid 60s, and I am definitely not ready for the rocking chair. I was very clear about my athletic and overall health goals, and Hybrid Fitness is getting me on track to reach those goals!

Joining Hybrid Fitness was the best decision! The trainers are incredible and made me feel at home from day one and they care about you and your success. I never thought I would look forward to going to the gym, but here I am loving every minute of it. If you are on the fence like I was, just do it, you will not regret it!

I recently joined Hybrid Fitness and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The coaches here are truly exceptional. They are knowledgeable, motivating, and incredibly supportive.
