I was a customer for home heating oil for 4 years. In October '22 their technician suggested we should replace our boiler as it needed various repairs.Almost a year later and after 2 site visits ,I'm still waiting for their estimate. Numerous apologies and promises that it was being worked on . I've given up and have now moved my business to another supplier

2 years ago I had a brand new hot water system put into my house. This process lasted 3 days, and cost us $7,000. We expected to have no problems with this new system. Since day 1, we have had nothing but problems and have been given so many excuses by this company. Our hot water goes out too many times to count and it always happens around a Friday so we have to call the emergency number and that costs over $300 for each visit. We are completely fed up with this new Bosch system that clearly doesn't work. Having 2 small kids and no hot water is unacceptable.

Unreliable service, will not show up when scheduled. Emergency call constantly being pushed back. Brand new system with nothing but problem since day 1, but expected to pay out of pocket to have these problems fixed.

Always get my deliveries on time. Have had a great experience with the service technicians from the annual cleanings to the middle of the night emergencies. Everyone I've had contact with is always courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend Fabian to everyone! Update: I wrote this review per company request. Having been a loyal, dedicated, and dutiful team member; I complied. This review isn't worth the non-existent paper it's written on.

I purchased a tank and exchanged another from your tank exchange in a Warren store.. propane. Had to return a full one today because of a stuck valve.. could not open it and yes I was turning it the correct way. And now the other tank.. 3/4 full. Is now also stuck. I thought I would give you a shot instead of blue rhino. And I have to say I'm not impressed.im sitting on 3/4 of a tank I can't use.

called and ordered propane took 2 1/2 weeks before it was delivered. During the same phone call I paid ahead for the propane and today I got bill. Sorry don't owe you anything. I actually should have a credit....Is it time to change companies?

Pulled in to get gas. Was two attendants. It seemed that because a big truck uses more gas then my little Subaru he can just pull in and even tho I was there for at least 4 min and waiting. He was taken first. Then noone helped me at all. I left. Very rude.

I use Fabian at both my business and my home both located in Camden for my propane needs. I have a service contract with the company, and all deliveries are scheduled and happen on time. All staff members that I have dealt with have been courteous and have handled any questions or concerns I have with urgency and respect depending on the situation. Would recommend to others who are looking for a quality company that handles their customers needs quickly and efficiently.

I have a budget payment plan and auto delivery. My deliveries come on a timely basis and they have service contracts. They are located on Rt#1 in Thomaston near Old County Rd. I highly recommend them.

Have used them 3 years now but the last 2 deliveries there has been some concerns on my part.. the last delivery i ordered the lady at their Thomaston location was a little rude. Since we started with them Tuesday was always their delivery day. When we called she said theres no way we can get there this week. It1ll be next week. Well we said ok we never had an issue with them before. We had a delivery scheduled for today and when we got home we checked our tank and had not been filled. When we called them we were told they didn1t deliver due to inclement weather. Not the case, it was rain on the coast and i work construction , not one of our plows or sanders left the yard today. I`m at a point in my life where i try to build relationships and not bounce around to different suppliers but i just feel we haven`t been treated fairly.Let me also say by the sound of the womans voice its a new employee, compared to the one we talked to in past years.... Maybe its time to have a sit down and have a talk with you employees. Repectfully Peter
