I was told a package was held even though my mailbox is clear. I run down 5 minutes before they were actually closed and online says they are open but they sat their desk ignoring me as I knocked. They locked up early and it should be open right up to the time they say they are open til. We do for our customers and it's just frustrating trying to be given false info with no note saying they're closed just to be ignored and can't have the courtesy to even acknowledge me. Most times service is fine but I wish they would close at the time stated not earlier

Service is fine, but having mail held has been a problem. Several times our instructions on resuming delivery have been ignored. With no apology ever given. A simple "sorry we messed up" would've been nice. Instead we just got a "well, you can pick it up".

Only time I ever used them was to priority mail house keys to NC,And they lost them,and they do not care.fed ex is the way to go.what else do you expect from a government agency.
