I got used to Doug and his attitude some days now they got a new woman that doesn't wanna look for our packages. Doesn't seem like she wants to do the job. I went there 3 times for the same package that I'm there and she cannot seem to get it for me. She is also very nasty about it , how she talks to people

I had an issue with the post office charging extra postage when extra postage was correctly pre-paid through eBay. Doug was very RUDE when explaining why he felt it necessary to charge my customer additional postage, When I tried to explain that the "envelope" is considered a "package" because it is NOT pliable (not easily bendable) he got even more RUDE. I spoke to the post master (Laura) and she was AMAZING! I let her know what was going on and she let me know she will get this sorted out for me and my eBay buyer. She and Andrew went above and beyond to help me with this issue.I don't know about the hours because I'm from Ohio, but I will say their customer service is outstanding!

This is a smaller post office for a smaller town. I think they're having some trouble adapting the small layout to the COVID protocols since the counter area is quite tiny and the lobby area with the post office boxes is also tiny. This doesn't lead to much social distancing if there are more than one or two customers at a time. Fortunately, we were the only ones here and so I was able to purchase a sheet of ten post card stamps, apply them to our post cards, and drop them into the slot with no other customers nearby. Has terrible service hours. Open at 7:15 am, closed by 2:15pm with an hour break from 11:15 to 12:15. Most people have jobs and work, so those hours barely cover a working person unless they want to wait until Saturday to pick up a package USPS wouldn't deliver on a Monday. Have to take time off work to go pick up an important package, because the mail carrier wouldn't drop it at the doorstep. No wonder USPS isn't making any money.
