These guys are AWESOME. We've been using them for two years. Someone always picks up when I call, friendly service. This weekend I let myself run completely out of oil (very dumb, I know). I called on a Monday morning and they were at my house in a HALF HOUR. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get my old furnace re-started but the person who delivered my oil was so kind and helped me get it going. Really above and beyond service.

We’ve recently made the decision to move on after being customers for the past two years due to lack of communication and customer service we received on the phone. We had some difficulties with having our card being updated for auto-delivery and called to update the information with a promise of delivery for that week. Unfortunately it led to two no call no shows in that time frame with no explanation and multiple calls. When we called to cancel our services, we received nothing but a “K you’re all set.” and was hung up on. We were really happy with them up until this point and it was unfortunate we had to move on because of this.

Love these people!!! I was a long-term customer of Dodge Oil (10+ yrs) and I always paid when delivery took place. Either by check on the door or card on file. Last year I called for delivery per usual every month for a fill, and was told it would be at least 2 weeks! I said that it was unacceptable, and called MainLy Heating, and they arrived that same day, and have done so ever since! I give this mom and pop company an A++++++!! Thank you for being there for me and my family?❤️

Maine-ly oil is awesome! I am at a loss for words of how amazing this company is. They took us in as a customer when no-one else was taking new customers! It was a week after we purchased our house and in the middle of winter! We were so lucky! We've used them ever since and every time we place an order they've been here early! Best price around as well! I'd give them 10* if I could. Highly recommend!

Today, the day that starts the beginning of a nasty cold spell with temps predicted to be well below zero I realized I needed to order K-1 asap. I expected to get delivery by the weekend or early next week . I’m blown away that within three hours they were delivering my K-1 for a price not much higher than what I paid this summer . I highly recommend these guys for your heating needs .

Absolutely the best place to get heat! Ordered online around midnight and they came the next around around 8am, I didn’t even have time to leave a path for them but they still delivered. They are literally the best around and online ordering makes life so easy! Thanks Maine-ly Heating!

I am not sure what happened with the customers giving bad reviews but a few years back when it was impossible to get anyone out for delivery unless you were on auto renewal these folks made it out the same week that i called and got us up and running again. I don't know the names of the employees in the office or the field but I have never had a single unpleasant experience with any of them. They have always made it out on the day they said they would and when i wasn't there to pay cash like i chose to they still delivered and I just went and paid it in person the next day. Much happier than I ever was with Lamprons.
