Justin and his team have an exceptional reputation for reasonable rates and great communication skills. From start to finish, my experience with LK Auto was top-notch.I have always been impressed by their prompt and courteous response times. They took the time to listen to my concerns and asked me questions to get a better understanding of what I needed. They then provided me with a clear and concise estimate for the work that needed to be done, which was both fair and reasonable.Throughout the repair process, Justin kept me informed every step of the way. They took the time to explain what was going on and answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, and I always felt like I was in good hands.When the work was completed, I was extremely satisfied with the results. My car was running like new again, and I knew that I had received great value for my money.Overall, I would highly recommend this garage to anyone looking for a local car mechanic with reasonable rates and excellent communication skills. They are truly a cut above the rest, and I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Finding an auto repair shop with honest, personable and mechanically skilled humans who will put you on the schedule in a mutually agreeable manner, has become a challenging necessity. Giving these great folks a call will calm your nervous system because you’ll get the straight scoop, a fair price and can breathe a sigh of relief. They are the old school ethics still alive and kicking’ !

This is the second time that I brought my car to Still Waters and they impressed me yet again. From Justin to his co-workers, they all did a fantastic job at making me feel welcomed and their honesty was and is always appreciated. I recently brought my car to a big automotive, and what they wanted to charge for for the work would of cost me about $1,700, they lied about a lot of things that didn’t need work, but the honesty at Still Waters made me feel like I was being respected. The service was fast and efficient. I will be a loyal customer from now on.

I had brake failure while on a trip. Stopped in to see if they could fix my seized brake caliper. They gave me an estimate in a few minutes and the mechanic had us back on the road soon at a reasonable price. Very friendly and honest people.
