I had needed an emergency repair that I wasn't quite sure how to handle. The staff asked me some questions and presented me with some good suggestions. I was able to make the repair and back on the road. Good people. Highly recommend.

I purchased a starter for my silverado here. The positive wire that goes from the solenoid to the starter was cross threaded so it wasnt seated. I returned with the new part to show them. The guy behind the counter said we don't do refunds and we dont have another one. He decided to grab a socket set and cross threaded the bolt till seated. No discount or refund given for a malfunctioned part. The point is to replace broken parts not set myself up for headaches down the road. I won't be back to this location.

They'll rip you off. I sent my car in because my check engine light came on and I needed a sticker. Light was on because my O2 sensors were bad. They charged me $168 for a single O2 sensor, and $98 in labor.

Service was ok. We got the parts but total confusion when we should have just picked up the parts. Unfortunately was there for half hour trying to figure out which parts were correct. Do not order online it is easier to order at the counter less confusion
