Not a bad little place. They have a decent selection of food and items, just very crowded/cramped in certain areas.

There was an adult employee creeping on a 17 year old a few months ago, and when we told the manager she saw the photo of the girl and said she can see why she was getting creeped on instead of saying she'd help. Horrid.

Thankfully got to eat this pizza! It was the best! We wanted some pizza and we got it. Some of the best I’ve ever had. New york style and massive! We ordered 2 but just ate one bc it’s so big. Thanks so much!

A great store with a large variety of products. Good pizza reasonably priced. Very friendly staff. Worth going a few minutes out of the way for.

My friends and I are staying in Southwest Harbor and were looking for some takeout pizza...now don't let the road side convenience store building fool you...this pizza was fantastic! Homemade dough and quality ingredients. We had the Buffalo Chicken, Greek, and a Hawaiian. We wanted to try the McGott (basically a Big Mac pizza) but they were out of Thousand Island. We got three 20" inch pizzas for $21.99 each. Coming from Chicago that was a bit shocking. What a deal! Looking forward to the leftovers for lunch!

Their food was great and reasonably priced. The price of goods was a little higher then I'm used to at home but standard for the area.

We stopped into Gott’s for a quick bite to eat on the way to the Bass Harbor Lighthouse. We were told it was a sandwich place; it’s a gas station, essentially. Still, the pizza was great and so was the soft serve. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with a 10-minute lunch!

Used to love getting pizza here, but this summer the service has been really below par, and the store seems to be badly supervised. Dirty, sticky floors. Ice cream so covered with ice you couldn't read the labels, and when we got it home, it had clearly been melted and refrozen more than once. Got only busy signals when we tried to call in an order, so we came in - the store wasn't busy, but nobody was minding the phone. It took over an hour to get the pizza, and the toppings were wrong. Young woman taking the orders was ungloved and eating fries while she worked, chatting with friends and ignoring customers.

Ordering by phone was simple and staff was friendly. We ordered the Hawaiian Pizza and a spinach and mushroom and it was just as good as any NY pizza I have had. Highly recommend.
