Dysart's in Southwest Harbor was wonderful. There is a large clean shower and laundry facility, with plenty of hot water and new machines. Also, owner Micah personally helps boaters, and is gracious, offering good advice. Even as we were leaving the marina, he warned us about an approaching storm and advised places to shelter. Amanda is always available and very helpful, and the loaner truck was a lifesaver when I needed to see a doctor in Ellsworth.

Combo of private pleasure boats and commercial fishing boats, decent fuel dock, several marine support businesses on site. Very friendly and helpful staff. It is a bit of a hike to grocery stores. Bar Harbor is 25min drive

Great place to eat and stay! The best food! We were only around for one day for lunch, however, we have stayed at the marina as well (many years back) and would highly recommend all of thier facilities!

Having worked out of Dysart's for a number of weeks now, I can say that it is a well managed facility with really nice & helpful staff. Fueling the boat couldn't be easier, and there is enough parking (if you know where to look) for everyone on our crew.

I bought a store suggested life vest for my 4 year old but it didn't adequately make him float..so brought it back and they refused to honor their return policy because it got wet
