Carol and Ron couldn't have been nicer to us, when we needed a small repair to our boat's vinyl cover snaps. Ron picked us up at Dysart's marina and brought us to the store since we were without a car. They ordered special snaps for us, and did everything they said they would, cheerfully and quickly.
