This experience just helps demonstrate and solidify why we are no longer with Verizon, past the awful cell service. I went in to get a phone charger. It was $45 plus tax for a 12 volt plug and a 36" cord. I went to Best Buy, purchased the identical setup for 24.99 plus tax. Very glad to no longer be a Verizon customer.

Lousy customer service- omg!! We switched over to T-Mobile thank God!! Nothing but a run around trying to get our final statement. Verizon doesn’t care about their customers.

Disgusted to say the least 5 thousand dollars have been given to this company and when I was most vulnerable I begged them not to take advantage of my situation so what should cost me a grand is tripled that. I can't wait for this payment to be paid off so I can go elsewhere. Btw your always offering free things for new people what about your loyal customers??? I don't trust them anymore at all!!! I debated on posting this but I've been a customer since 2017 and the first purchase was afew grand and then 2022 lost my home and once again I get taken for a ride but I'm not riding with this company soon enough

I’d love to say that this was a great experience and that the staff was helpful. This particular trip included an hour and half wait before getting any help at all. The male staff that assisted us with replacing my elderly dad’s phone was helpful. This particular location, we were told was corporate, was really just a store front for the newest and most expensive items. They did have the same flip phone my dad had previously that had crapped out. They were also able to give us the number to someone that could assist with removing one of the lines but who really wants to spend over 2 hours at Verizon just to replace an overpriced flip phone. (250 plus plus) and to then have to call another number to get a line taken off and yet another number to pay the bill….it’s hot and stuffy inside and we had no other errands to do so we had no other option other than to hang out for over 2hrs. The female staff was only intermittently friendly and at times outright rude. I hope I never have to return. Any other issues and it’s straight talk for me. Verizon needs to do better.

If you are looking for a good solid verizon experience, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Drive the extra few miles to the Verizon close to Whole foods or the Falmouth store. Personal experience.
I want to add to the previous persons post. "At this particular Verizon store the experience was iffy."
The representatives in this location, directly across from the Maine Mall, are far from your average verizon employees. These guys will TRY to charge you extra for things. Watch out!
A couple previous posts talk about a female here who is rude.
The Verizon 1800 employees need to stop recommending customers to this location. How embarrassing.
How about they have the decency to actually care and help paying verizon customers?

The s24 ultra is a great phone other than having to buy all new Chargers because it's not compatible with all the other plugins in the world. Lol. Just Verizon making more money to make you buy a different kind of charger. At this particular Verizon store the experience was iffy. Some of the sales people were great some were not. I heard a female sales woman talking to a 75 year old elderly woman condescending and not nice to her or to her at all. She got snooty with me too. My salesperson was also not that forthcoming with things. I had to ask him questions over and over and he just wanted to race through the whole process. He asked me a bunch of questions do you travel, do you use netflix, and the next thing I know when he added up my bill he goes okay that'll be $175 for one month for one phone. I was like, I don't think so. He added all these extra charges on my bill that I didn't even need because I answered these questions. He really rushed through the process of the whole transaction and I understand that they do this all the time but we don't and custimers need calm, non-rip off, answers your questions with patience and not rushing through it transaction. I was also told one thing and then when my phone was transferring information from my old phone, the information changed and managers had to be brought in to deal with it and fix it. So some of the Reps there are very very nice and some are not so nice. And then not so nice ones make it so you can't give this particular business five stars. I would have given it four stars if the customer service was good and 5 stars if you added the charger Verizon. Come on Verizon. You make a ton of money so include these chargers in with the phone when we buy them!! Stop trying to make more money off the little guy when you're already making enough of it!

I’ve been to many unhelpful Verizon stores in my day…. This was hands down the worst…..Best Buy in 2 min away from here, they service Verizon, go there instead. I also dealt w Jenna, she was also condescending w me as well.

The staff is great, I'm just tired of continuously being charged for an upgrade every time I buy a $900 phone from Verizon. They have the best coverage in my area, but their fees to long-time customers are outrageous! They made me give up a grandfathered unlimited coverage a few years back when I started to buy my new phones, and now they have started offering a lower quality option for streaming again. I just think they treat customers of over 20 years terribly! Again, that's at a corporate level, not at the store.

I was able to walk in and get speak with a rep, luckily without an appointment. My phone's camera wouldn't focus properly. I am giving the store 2 stars because the employee, Jenna, was not helpful. First, she spoke to us with what I felt was a condescending tone. In working through the warranty questions, she was misleading and deceitful about the next steps based on my answers. For example, she asked if I wanted to try to take the phone to an authorized repair shop or if I just wanted a CLNR phone, without telling me that rejecting the repair meant out of pocket costs for a CLNR, even though it was clear that the issue was a manufacturer defect. Additionally, after setting up a repair appt back home in CO a few days later, driving over an hour to an asurian location, I find out that she filed a ticket associated with a screen repair, not for a camera so they couldn't help me. So now I've wasted 2 hours in drive time, not to mention there is NO customer service after 7 pm EST via phone and it's impossible to call a store. Today, I was able to get a hold of customer service and they were extremely helpful with resolving Jenna's careless error and are overnighting me a new device at no charge. Would steer clear of this store and the rep we worked with and just call customer service. All in all, her mistake cost me about 4 additional hours to get a resolution.
