The delivery of mail here in South Portland is so sporadic, 1 delivery in past 9 days. Just ridiculous, are they mismanaged to the point no one wants to work there?

I do think the reviews are a little misleading, due to people leaving bad reviews for the mail carriers on the post office itself. My experience here was great. The woman working the front desk was nice to me, had a good conversation, and helped explain how to ship what I was trying to ship. All I can ask for really.

I received great service at this branch location on 12/11/23 at about 3 pm. As expected, the line was long with many people like me sending holiday packages. The two women working the counter were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and the line moved along as expected two weeks before Christmas. Thank you, ladies!
