I recently needed to replace an old cracked screen phone and went to this U.S. Cellular location. I was looking for a particular iPhone model and color and called ahead to verify it was in stock and the customer service in store picked right up and said they could hold it since it was the last one they had in stock no problem. Thomas, my wireless consultant, was knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the phone as I had more than a few since it was a big upgrade from the phone I had last (iPhone 6S to iPhone Mini 13!). He also was straightforward with offering, but not pressuring re: options to change my plan and other aspects of the paperwork. Last he helped place screen protector and transfer all I needed. So all in all a five star customer service experience. My only gripe is this location, being in the mall, it has taken much longer other times in the past to get help when they are busy with only two or so areas to help customers get setup and that has led to longer wait times- so I'd call ahead like I did if it's a busier time a day. I also think for how long I've been a customer for they could offer money off accessories or a new phone . Obviously service varies depending on where you live and travel, but US Cellular has been good to me so I'll stick with them.

I've been a customer of US Cellular for 25+ years. We've had great customer service at stores & when we called. Started as our only option for service when we lived in Downeast Maine, stayed with them when we moved bc of exc. customer service. Highly recommended

Worst cell phone service ever went in for the promotion came out with bone in my a** dry stay away there nothing but a scam they all are bad but these guys are down right dirty lying snakes and no one helps you with them hopefully the AG can help me with this bait and switch they pull not having right address it's all a scam to bone the working man stay away buyer beware

They are all super friendly and very helpful! When I go in they always greet you with a smile and where I've been with them for a while now they ask me how I am and truly try to build bond with their customers keep it up team maine mall!

I switched service from Verizon. Bad idea. I have no service inside my home. Absurd. I returned three times for help and they provided nothing but excuses.

I pay insurance on my phone and I've been dealing with us cellular for 4 days on getting my phone replaced and I still don't have a phone or have made any progress as US cellular isn't working with their three party insurance company leaving their customers frustrated and annoyed and phone less for numerous days. Extremely frustrated !
