Every time I go in, I'm greeted right away, and if one employee is helping a customer, another employee will come right out to help. They're very kind and informative, and always provide a receipt (which is important for a small business!).

My experience was the total opposite of most of the reviews. The older woman I dealt with was very friendly, professional, and quick at getting me in and out.

Great customer service and most importantly - the packing of my two large shipments were AMAZING!! I have never had such well-packed/wrapped and professional services before. I HIGHLY recommend any packages/boxes be prepared and shipped through this wonderful store.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced, refused to give me a receipt.
"If you are in a State with sales tax, then yes, you are required to provide a receipt that shows whether tax was paid. If you have warrantied or guaranteed your work in any way, then a dated receipt is vital. If the purchase could be used as a tax write-off or business expense for the buyer, then you are required to provide a receipt. If you just mowed the lawn for your next-door neighbor, then no, you don’t have to provide a receipt."
Maine sales tax exists at 5.5%
