Unique experience for a gym! It's different than anything I've ever tried before and I really liked it. I liked being able to "just go" and having a workout already put together for me. I liked the accountability of having trainers that know you and to push you during the workout. Colt is a a good trainer and would switch up the workout depending on what you needed. I would definitely recommend this gym!

Colt is a fantastic trainer. He takes time to understand his clients unique needs and develops a workout plan that fits their individual skill set. Regardless of your fitness level Colt pushes you to achieve your goals and be your best! TruFit30 isn’t just another gym. It’s a total lifestyle change. I was getting so bored with the same old workouts that I have been doing for years. When I read about what TruFit 30 had to offer, I knew I was going to love it. Believe me when I say, they did not disappoint!Everyday is a different 30 minute workout that targets the entire body with a mix of cardio and strength training. Its fast, effective and FUN! I highly recommend TruFit 30 to everyone, no matter you fitness level. Colt is a great trainer who understands an individuals limits, as well as a trainer who pushes you harder than you might push yourself!Thank you TruFit for making working out FUN again!

I have struggled for many years to find a fitness routine that will help accomplish my goals. Not until joining at TruFit 30 have I felt that I am actually accomplishing a goal. I am only 1 month in and I physically feel better, and can’t wait to continue. BEST PART? 30 minutes! You are in and out before you know it. Plus Colt is a great trainer and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend TruFit 30!

I am so happy I found TruFit30! I look forward to going each day and I'm already making progress. I like the intensity, variety and efficiency of the 30 minute workout. Colt is a great trainer, able to help folks with a range of abilities and goals get stronger and healthier, while having fun!

I love my workouts at Trufit! I joined two months ago and am amazed at my progress. The trainer has to do less modifications for me, and encourages and pushes me to do more. At almost 60 years old, I never thought I'd join a gym or show off my biceps!

If you have the time , you can go in and start your workout . You don't have to wait for a class to start . That's great !
