The worst customer service ever bad experience with them

Had to make appointment to open and account, then took16 days to get debit card. Took a week to get use of online banking and it has been 15 days and deposited estate check still hasn't cleared. As soon as it does I will close the account.

The worst bank that does not honor the inclusion of all people including legal immigrants who are part of the Maine community, like asylum seekers. Their policy can only open an account with US CITIZENS AND GREENCARD HOLDERS and not asylum seekers who have a work permit and pay taxes.This is what systemic injustice can do!

Opened a "no fee" account for $25. Never received any statements or information. When I called on it after a period of time I was told the account was charged "dormant fees" and zeroed out and closed. In short, they stole $25. 1-star reviews on BBB, Yelp and elsewhere. No wonder why.

30 years a member and they charge me $7.00 a month to have a checking account. I used the account as a personal and DBA account and they charge a bogus monthly maintenance fee that several of their employees have admitted is nothing. The $7.00 fee is simply because they can. I write 1-2 checks per month, and yet T&C refuses to stop this bogus fee. They return calls or Emails. They take their customers for granted and I would never recommend T&C to anyone.

The banking solutions they provide are fine but their customer service is going down hill. I just talked to a rep who wouldn't even give me the chance to speak, didn't listen and hung up on me. What kind of customer service is that? I was just calling to see why my card was locked and she did help me figure it out but, man, you get better customer service at McDonals! Not the courtesy I would expect from a local credit union.

We have been customers of TCFCU in Saco for years! They are fantastic. Great service, helpful with all of our financial needs, and always extra friendly. I highly recommend them.

I've been a member for 10+ years, and have been locked out of my account for trying to pay my rent. This is a transaction I do every month, for the same amount, to the same payee, from the same computer, and this time out of the blue I'm locked out. Of course, it's outside business hours and the only way to fix this is by calling. Maybe if you're going to block someone from their money you should have a 24 hour option to fix it. Regardless, now my rent will be late and I will be looking for a new credit union.
