“I love this shop and I always get top tier service. You always have what I need and the price is better than other places I’ve been to. The biggest thing for me is how nice the staff is. I always feel a little self conscious because I don’t know all of the vaping lingo, but they always know exactly what I’m asking for and have even said not to feel self conscious about how I say it.I am always happy to leave a tip as well. The only thing about the tip screen, it gives different options like “10% - great service” or “20% - best service ever!” The thing is, I truly always feel I’m getting the best service ever, but don’t necessarily have an extra 20% to tip. To anyone who has waited on me here: you gave the best service ever regardless of the amount I tipped and I appreciate you for helping me and being so kind <3 See you soon!”

Something that you rarely see nowadays. People are so quick to complain, and then tell five other people how terrible their experience was but how often do you see someone to recognize a member experience they had? These two are the dream team. Smiles, positivity, and good energy fill the store As soon as you walk in. CJ was a saint and extremely patient with my fiancé and night as we went through almost all the torches. Very educated and knowledgeable and so kind. Long story short, I was $1.06 short, which I had in my car on this cold day. It was parked way down the street so it felt.. I was about a dollar short from my total. Julie heard me from the back and said to me without any hesitation that she would cover the dollar and six cents, I’ve never come across such extraordinary customer service. “This is THE BEST STORE!The owners and staff are so very nice, polite and very friendly!It makes me very happy when I'm remembered, even if I haven't been there for a while. I always buy my menthol cigs and use the E-coupons from American Spirit with no problems. Other stores are fussy and they try to make excuses, so you don't use them. This saves me $$ and time.The prices on beer and wine are so very good and fair! I like how they display unusual and novel wines and spirits. You never know what you will find!!!They are close to Hannaford and Market Basket, but I always stop there before food shopping. I'm not from the Portland area, this shop was recommended to me when I asked about finding a vape in the area (I had previously tried 2 other places!) It wasn't until I stopped here that someone was KIND ENOUGH to ask me what I was looking for exactly and realize I was clearly from another part of Maine ? she was super sweet and sent me in the right direction to find flavors, and the only one decent enough to even tell me Portland has a flavor band (which I couldn't believe!) So their customer service was top notch, and as someone from out of town, I truly appreciated the help and kindness!”
