EXCEPTIONALLY HAPPY :D I live in Florida, so this review is for their online division, Port and Bay (same company). I'd never heard of this them, but they had a unique set of bathroom hardware items unavailable at any other place. The reviews were good, so I took a chance and placed an order. The bathroom towel bar, towel ring and hook are high quality and drop dead beautiful! I'm delighted. What's more, the price was so reasonable for this quality. Communication was great and shipped fast. They have a new forever customer!

Staff doesn’t give you time to look around as soon as you come in they barely give enough time to explain what you’re looking for and then follow you all over and tell you what you should get. Very pushy and pricey ?

We bought an old farm house with over 30 windows to cover. We walked into The Curtain Shop with a full list, along with measurements. Shirley could see on our faces the moment we walked in that we were going to need some assistance. She was so patient, we talked about each room and what would be best to fit our needs, recommending choices that suited us and our home. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. I had no idea what I needed to hang my curtains, the ones I thought I had needed were not strong enough to support. With smart employees my curtains are up & look great.

I scoured the internet for some inexpensive but decent vinyl blinds for our new place. I could only find the width I needed with too short of a length or they were way beyond the average price of the average mini blinds. The living room has a wall with 3 windows. One larger one with two much thinner windows on either side. After measuring them I quickly realized the 2 smaller ones were a smaller size than average and couldn't find any average mini blinds for the average price anywhere! I stumbled across their Port&Bay website and was so excited to see the size blinds I needed for a great price! I ordered them and they came much more quickly than I anticipated which was also a plus. I got the blinds up very easily and are of decent quality for the price. They are exactly what I was looking for ? Thank you!!!!

I went into with my roommate to look at window treatments for our living room. The staff in there were super helpful and got us a beautiful curtain and rod and even helped us size it. We put the curtains in today and they are a perfect fit and great quality! Highly recommend!
