Incredibly slow and inefficient. Drive thru should be speedy, that's the purpose. Waste an entire lunch break just waiting in line. Ridiculous.

So generally this bank, especially Nora, is outstanding with the exception of today. The young man at the drive up window was so engrossed in a conversation with someone else in the bank that he totally did not listen to me and screwed up my check deposit. When I asked him to correct it he called over the new teller who not only also screwed it up but then put their ERRORS back on me telling me I should fill out my own deposit slips FOR THE DRIVEUP to make it easier for them.

Totally Dysfunctional. I was a customer for about 20 years. The rates were fine, but the service was horrendous. A few examples:- Tried to update my misspelled address on one account by mail (multiple times), by phone, and at the local branch. They never updated my information- Had two mortgages that I wanted to go paperless with. Gave them the paperwork for both at the same time; one got processed, the other did not.- A month after closing my safety deposit box, I received a letter stating that I was opening up a safety deposit box. I called the phone number they provided, and they said I had to go through the local branch- I filled out an application for a new mortgage, and explained that I was out of the country and had recently been divorced during the initial call. I was later refused the loan because I was out the country and my marital status changed.Never again!

Bank reviews are comical. Pretty much you likely can disregard each bad review either a problem that was the customers fault , but they blamed the bank. Or a single incident where the employee may have not payed enough attention to them. This place gets real busy at times. If you have a difficult customer service problem, and you can see that all the employees are slammed, maybe come back another time. And why can’t bank employees have a bad day and be rude ? There not robots. This place is just like any bank anywhere. But they have extra hours so it’s a plus. You will like it.

do yourself a favor and take a quick trip up to Portland, go to the branch on forest ave, and complete your banking business there. Unless of course you would like to be systematically made to feel less than human. In which case, go ahead.

Their ATM lane is alway closed when I’m unable to deposit my cash or withdrawal money from it , waste more gas going to the other TD bank by the Maine Mall :/

Big Business Bank, not for the small business people at all. Watch their changes, they will not notify you of when your accounts have been upgraded to a higher amount service fee as your per month charge goes up nor work with. you when changes occur. Time for me to practice what I preach. Go local......

TD bank, such a nice friendly helpful staff , always useful & do there job with a smile on there face , open 7 days a week with late nights too , so banking made simple in our busy schedules , lovely clean bank with great staff & the location is pretty alright too.. so a big thumbs up on this bank , probably wish I had a lot more money in my accounts :) but seriously if the treat you like when you don't have a lot of money, imagine what the treat you like if you did ! I'm guessing the same.. thank you TD bank for making banking less painful
