This office truly feels like a local, neighborhood business. Super friendly people who are smart, helpful and very responsive. I placed a claim and had a follow up call a few days later to see how things were going. Great representatives for a great insurance company.

I have recently needed to seek insurance in the Portland, ME area due to a family member moving to the area. For the last 30 years I have always used State Farm for home, auto, boat insurance in another state. So I called a number of State Farm agents in the Portland area. I was most impressed with the response I received from the Steve Trombley agency. I dealt with Jennifer Dadiotes and found her to be knowledgeable about the options, professional, and interested in helping me find the right insurance for my family member. She was friendly, courteous, and timely with all her responses. I also had the pleasure to deal with Steve Trombley when Jennifer was unavailable and found him to also be helpful and responsive to all my needs. I felt like I was teated as if I had known them for many years! I am so HAPPY with this agency and so very glad that I chose them for my family's insurance needs in Portland. I would VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Steve Trombley State Farm Agency.

Best insurance experience EVER! From the first call I made, to every question, adjustments and overall lowest rates with best coverage, Steve and his team have been beyond helpful, fully explaining everything in ways I can understand it, and taking care of things before I even knew there would be an issue or concern. I would suggest them to anyone I know for the best service, rates and overall experience.

I have been with Trombley State Farm since it was Harold Trombley, now Steve Trombley comtinues to carry on the tradition of great service and very fair prices. The entire crew at Trombley are friendly and competent and I always feel welcome and appreciated even if I am dropping in without warning or making short notice requests. I have had many friends and family try to endow me with their recommendations for better prices or coverage through their ( often newer more visible ( side bar, too much make-up Flo! ) insurers, after which I enjoyed watching them eat crow as they were forced to admit that, in fact, they could not improve on the service and products ( fyi, in the ins. biz, they refer to policies as product, lol) I was getting from State farm and the Trombley office. They are the only people I do business with who routinely inform me of new options for saving money, sometimes even just making changes in my favor on their own accord! I would recommend Trombley State Farm to anyone looking for a long term relationship built on trust and great service. ( No, I did not receive a discount for this review though I do usually take a lollipop, which is probably for kids!!! All true! I know 5 stars is considered out of th realistic range but I really cant think of a detracting factor that would temper it down a star, so..

Steve Trombley State Farm has handled my home, auto and life insurance for a couple of years now. I cannot say enough about the attentiveness and professionalism of Jen-Marie and Steve. They are always cheerful and urgent with any customer service requests that I have had. Recently, I had an urgent matter with a business deal closing. I was away for a couple of days and needed to sign some important documents. They both helped me long-distance and I was able to get the documents where they needed to go, completely signed without having to drive all the way back to their office. Everyone who picks up the phone and their office has been very friendly and helpful. In addition, they helped me save money over my former insurance provider for my home and auto as well as life insurance. In fact, Jen-Marie realized that she could save me money on my current State Farm life insurance policy and help me get into a new product that actually saved me quite a bit of money per year for the same coverage. Thank you, Jen-Marie and Steve For all of your help. Because of you folks and your staff, I will continue to be a very satisfied State Farm customer.

When you're feeling powerless, it's such a relief to know that someone is in your corner. I was in an accident and took my car to be repaired, but had trouble with the body work that was done and sensors that started to go haywire after I got my car back. After issues with the body shop, car rental, and even AAA, I finally did what I should have done in the first place and called my local agent, Steve Trombley. Steve actually listened to me, was incredibly patient and polite, and most importantly he took care of business! A bumper that the shop wouldn't have had time to repaint for a month was done over the weekend after one call from Steve. Thank you, State Farm.

Visited the Steve Trombley Agency this afternoon and I must say, what an experience. I’ve been putting off shopping for new insurance for quite some time but I am so thankful for my experience today. I worked with Jennifer and Steve in the office and they were knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about protecting me and my assets. They did an outstanding job explaining what I would be purchasing and why it was important for me to have. Not only did I get good coverage but I saved a ton of money switching from my previous company. Steve’s office made the switch super easy and I don't have to worry about a thing, just had to sign a couple of forms.
