“The best shoe store I've ever shopped in. Staff were pleasant, but Aaron went above and beyond, trying to get running shoes that would fit my wide feet. A great salesman and a super guy. Shopping there was 1 of the 2 or 3 highlights of my Maine vacation. Too bad South Portland wasn't closer to my home in Nova Scotia.”

Marissa was a HUUUGE help I was looking for a pair of taffy pink crocs so I called ahead and at first they said they didn’t have the crocs and 10 minutes later I get a call from Marissa telling me she found the crocs I was so excited and I really appreciate Marissa’s effort to helping me out finding my crocs!!! “I came here on a Saturday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. Out of all the stores I went to, the Lulu Lemon employee at the front behind the counter was the only person in the whole mall to greet me when I walked in! So refreshing. Although it was my first time in and it was overwhelming as I wasn’t sure how to tell who was an employee at first (they usually have a red Fanny pack/bag), I ended up asking a woman named Shannon for help. She was in the middle of folding clothes but stopped, was so polite, and friendly and didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience at all. She explained the different kind of pants/tops, styles, materials and why the differences matter & for what. She also explained how some pants like the wonder leggings you should size up as they are compression or if you should wear a bra with this top, etc. She was super helpful, got me into a fitting room, and since I was shopping alone I asked for her help on the fit/look after I tried them on & she was great! I know it’s her job to sell but it also felt like I was shopping with a friend. I really appreciated her advice and patience. I ended up buying a new set and will be back for more. “The store is managed very attentively. The inventory is well displayed and organized meticulously, so well that it clearly isn't a child's play area of grab and throw shopping spree type bargain bin purveyor. I like the eclectic artistic graphic design of the product, that is neuveax contemporary angst, yet fresh and stylish. Not necessarily mainstream, and yet not "dirty grunge," kid stuff either. Just a quick glance won't reveal the treasures you might miss judging the book by its cover; it's worth the time to delve in to investigate a more diverse wardrobe selection.”

“Jacob was very pleasant & helpful, I can't understand why they would move him to another store. The cashier who assisted with cashing out was very nice also. Unfortunately I forgot his name, But the staff needs to be more customer friendly, they never welcomed you to the store ask if you find what you're looking for etc. I see the manager Sam making the effort. And that's why I gave this store 4 stars.”
