We visited this location to see what our options were for a trade-in/upgrade — Star was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and we were only there for about 15 minutes since we had booked an appointment online! We’re happy to have Spectrum Mobile and grateful for the South Portland team (esp. Star)!!

Went in to switch over from Verizon to Spectrum Mobile with my wife. We were helped by Derek G. & he was nothing but amazing. He was honest & made the process super easy. He also made us laugh & we walked out with new phones and a cheaper bill! Highly recommend!
