Store Manager CAT was very knowledgeable and personable! I just ordered my bed, so I will not receive it until July 24, 2024. I am hoping delivery is on time and set up properly and everything runs smoothly. The reviews seem mostly good with the exceptions being about quality, over cost, delivery issues, and if choose to return withing 100 nights, are not told the base is not refundable...hoping for the price ..things go smoothly...with delivery and quality of product ...will revisit after receiving item..

Bed broke after 3 years and now costs over $400 to fix it at my expense. Sleep number is a scam. They are just supremely overpriced air mattresses that have very unreliable tech

I stopped into the Portland, Maine store location to look for a new bed for our guest room. I worked with Casey, who made the whole experience enjoyable. I didn't end up with a bed yet but when I am ready I will be reaching out to Casey for his help.

The service was good. But the 75 dollar pillow I bought sucks. After a month, it ended up being no different than a 20 dollar pillow from Walmart. Constantly waking up and flipping it because everything in the pillow moves to the back of the pillow, leaving you well with no pillow till you flip and flatten back and repeat that all night long.

If you are ever around the Maine Mall Area and want to check out Sleep Numbers, its a great store and Casey is very good at explaining all the aspects of the beds to you!

Awful company, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They deliver a flawed product, they charge to fix their mistakes, and they do not EVER admit that their products fail, which they do A LOT!!!! Ours never worked right, their customer service never got it to work right, they admitted that their computer is faulty, yet they still want to charge me to have someone make it right. “The warranty covers parts, but not labor” they say. This is a terrible company, with a sos-so product that doesn’t work if your power or Internet goes down. Do yourself a favor and buy a Tempurpedic mattress. Sleep Number is terrible

Employee was very polite and helped me figure out what I wanted. Had a real life personal conversation, was great because most clerk-customer interactions are brief and subtle.
