Just re-vamped! Even better than it was before.Excellent selection of products, great produce, deli and seafood counters. Aisle rarely crowded with racks of "impulse buy stuff". And a great parking lot!

i want to thank the cashier at Shaws yesterday who went over my check out order when i discovered a mistake in the charges. She was polite and attentive in rechecking my order to get it right.I have had bad experiences in places like Whole Foods where once a cashier told me to go elsewhere when I questioned the total.

Millcreek Shaws is the worst Shaws I’ve been to. the bottle room is a safety hazard I found a heroin needle in there, the front end is horribly short staffed and theres always someone leaving the front to go in there, doesn’t help the store is horribly ran by in competent people

Always really well stocked, especially the produce section. The stuff looks really good and is super fresh.Because of its location, this Shaw's has less foot traffic than some other grocery stores, which makes it a way more enjoyable and calm shopping experience.There are tons of self checkouts. I think there's like 8. Helpful employees. A clean, brightly lit store. I really love this Shaw's. They even have my favorite cider: Ricker Hill! Also super well stocked with the stuff!!Great deals on fruit, too. Got 2 huge containers of precut strawberries for $10 total. They were already washed & cut and super ripe. The amount of strawberries in each one was way more than in the standard rectangular containers, but for the same price! (And these are already washed and cut, so you're not paying for stems!!!)Also, the biggest draw is that these strawberries were all super red and ripe. Every other store sells underripe strawberries that are sour and have lots of green/white

Seriously, what is going on at this store?Just close it already.No longer any humans at the service desk, no one in seafood, no one in the bakery, nobody anywhere.Get up front and there are two people on registers.Now they have installed self checkouts like its not 30 years too late?

I wish I could rate 0 stars. I feel for the young employees who work here, management treats them terribly. It is absolutely shameful. I would never allow my child to work here. I will no longer be shopping with this Shaws location; I highly recommend that management take a class on how to treat and talk to people.

Y'know how there were some big renovations at certain Hannafords and Cumberland Farms recently? This Shaws is a perfect example of why those updates are important: this is one of the most run-down grocery stores in the Greater Portland area and it's glaringly obvious. It feels like it's stuck in the past - both in layout and especially in the cleanliness (it feels like there's a layer of grime on everything). I stopped by because Shaw's carries a specific plant-based cheese I haven't found elsewhere and... yikes. There were so many empty shelves, it was incredibly difficult to find things, and the only staff I saw was the cashier (that includes nobody being behind bakery or seafood cases). I know that other Shaw's carry more of a selection of the particular item I was looking for (and other plant-based/gluten-free items in general), so - besides it being in a convenient location - I have no reason to come back here.

Usually very quiet and uncrowded store, but even when dead you will still have to wait in line to check out.Carefully take advantage of their loss leaders. The ambience seems designed to please those who are most comfortable in institutional settings.

They've really spruced up their store here in SoPo. Their fresh produce is particularly good and I just bought some very gd fresh fish. Their prices also seem more competitive now, with plenty of sale items. I'm switching over!
