Great experience. Floor sales, Mckyle, greeted me when I entered the store and offered to assist me once he was done with his current customer, which he did. Mckyle was very personable and knowledgeable in assisting with selection of a safety toed boot. The store floor was very clean and organized, boot displays were easily accessible. Overall, a very pleasant experience. My company has a program where associates are allowed to purchase new safety boots every two years. I will certainly recommend this store to my fellow associates.

Absolutely phenomenal experience buying a pair of boots here! From getting fitted and ordering to picking my boots up. The staff I dealt with were knowledgeable and helpful. Not my first Red Wing purchase, definitely the best in store experience.

Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful guys who are more interested in getting you squared away with the perfect pair of boots than trying to upsell you. Didn’t buy this time around but will definitely be back!

The physical store does not have near as many styles or sizes as the website list as being available. I ordered a pair of hiking boots 4 months ago, and i haven't heard a word. I've called on three occasions and did not received a call back once.

The size and style were on back order for months but they kept my info and called me as soon as they came in. They even held the pair so I could pick them up before they sold out again. They even put some glue on the sole of my Keens that had delaminated. Devin, explained their lifetime warranty, the fact that they could resole the boots, what they could and couldn’t fix and even offered to waterproof them every 3 months as long as they were dry when I brought them in. I’ve been a store manager in big box retail for 25 years and recently changed careers to work at the shipyard so as a customer and a former employee from the retail service industry, I can say this was awesome customer service. Thank you and great job!!
