We went in looking to see hermit crabs and found a staff member who was super knowledgeable about hermit crabs. She was a wealth of information that was so helpful to learn.

Every week I go in here and spend between 50 and 65 a week. It seems that every week no matter what time I go or even day I have to climb over product that you are stocking shelves with . Why you cover the entire nulo cat food area I don't know but it's annoying & so sorry I am in you guys way as I shop maybe you can not block the product you already have on the shelves would be nice. Thanks for fixing the above problem

I buy crickets every week for my many reptiles (about 60-80 total) and I have never had a moment where I am able to buy them without being interrogated by staff. The rotation of 3 staff (1 woman and 2 men) I run into makes me feel belittled and incompetent for something as simple as buying bugs. I would go somewhere else but this is the only place in my area that sells medium crickets. If you have the option, go to PetSmart

The staff at the SoPo Petco are always knowledgeable and friendly. I've received excellent advice from the fish department employees (Chi and Josh), the fish are well cared for, and often an interesting choice of plants. Today I needed to buy a new fluval canister and Wynn and Cole extended excellent customer service. Thank you!

ake my Maltese dog to a haircut, it was a horrible experience, they didn't cut her hair properly and they also charge you a lot for a cut that is ugly, my dog looks ugly, very bad, I don't recommend this place. The worst decision I ever made

Some girl with tan skin and dark hair w glasses has a power trip every single time she talks to customers and acts like she knows everything.
Will never come to this store again unless I want an assault charge on my record.

I needed a waterproof blanket asap. I never go to Petco but they hadn't them. I didn't know where anything was in the store so I asked. The first lady simple stated "that they don't sell anything like that" I had looked online and they were available for in store pickup so I showed another woman my phone and she said looked somewhere for 5 seconds and goes "if they aren't here, they aren't anywhere." She was extremely rude and acted like I was annoying and bothering her. It still said they were available for in store pickup so I looked around again and found them no thanks to any of the staff. I won't be back.
