We went in looking to see hermit crabs and found a staff member who was super knowledgeable about hermit crabs. She was a wealth of information that was so helpful to learn.

The staff at the SoPo Petco are always knowledgeable and friendly. I've received excellent advice from the fish department employees (Chi and Josh), the fish are well cared for, and often an interesting choice of plants.
