Trying to write a review for the Rochester NH store but it will not come up as a location. I was working on my uncles 2015 Escalade a few weeks ago(Saturday) and needed a lane assist actuator for the drivers front seat. NOBODY around had one, not even the dealers. I called at 11 am and by 3pm they pulled one out of the Portland store and we were back on the road Sunday. I wanted to give a shout out for the great service.

About a week ago one of the windshield wipers on my 2013 Nissan Versa shredded. During the weather forecast last night (01/18/2023) I remembered it because of the long-duration snow storm that was predicted for later tonight into tomorrow. After work today I drove to O'Reilly's Auto Parts in the Pine Tree Plaza in Portland. Ryan found the correct wipers for me quickly and rang me up. I drove home, thinking to do the installation myself; I'm very much a DIYer. However, the directions were a bit cryptic and the installation drawings made me unsure that I had the correct wipers. Also, my house's exterior lights didn't shed enough light for me to clearly see what I was doing. I called them and spoke with Devin. He confirmed that they were open until 9PM and said he'd help me install the wipers. So I drove back. Together Devin and Ryan quickly installed both wipers. I appreciate it greatly - the temperature had dropped sharply in the short time between making the purchase and returning for installation and we were all shivering a bit. Devin wisely suggested that I test the wipers before I left, and I did. They worked fine, and are quiet in operation, something I really appreciate. Both Devin and Ryan were courteous, friendly, and very helpful; a credit to the O'Reilly's Auto Parts - and I'm sure a credit to their families as well.

I may be jaded afyer 40 years selling to the automotive aftermarket. Counter help are basically cashiers, not very knowledgeable. Went to pay and shelf price was less than computer price .

I was at the store on 02/02 at approximately 1:30 pm (the receipt says 1:32 pm) and was helped by a great employee. I didn't get his name, unfortunately, but my invoice number is 4535-422545. I needed a mini bulb for my 2014 Ford Fiesta brake light. He found it quickly and actually installed it for me, free of charge, in no time flat. The price was really reasonable and he was just so pleasant. If you need any help with auto parts for your car, go to this store. They're great.

My battery died last night, and I was in a crunch to get it replaced. Walked right in and immediately was helped by Mike and JD in the VIP shops and service department. Overall wonderful service, they made a stressful experience quick and simple. Costs were explained to me and the battery swap took less than 15 minutes! Overall I am very satisfied and look forward to returning to this location for any further work that needs to be done to my car.
