I've been bringing my WRX here for well over year now for all my service, maintenance and upgrading needs. Lou, the owner and operator of this shop has primarily been my go to guy for anything on my car. He has treated my WRX like his own. He is proficient at repairing and fabrication for all things Subaru. Lou is one of the most talented mechanics I have had the pleasure of working with. Recently I just had a laundry list of engine work done as well as an upgraded clutch and flywheel. Lou and the rest of the Northeast Imports staff were timely, attentive and focused on getting the job done right! The car came out driving like it was brand new!I could write so much more but, their work both run of the mill and custom, speaks for itself. Their hard work, dedication and skill with Subaru's has landed me as a customer for life. If you have a Subaru and are looking for a place that get the car fixed right, the first time... Hands down the best Subaru sales and repair shop I know! Top notch work. Affordable prices. Purchased a car from them as well and has turned me into a racecar driver! No joke! and they stand behind their cars excellent warranty service! I would steer anyone I know to them for a Subaru or repairs to a Subaru!

I emailed Lou out of the blue with some brake and steering issues that needed immediate attention. He was prompt in replying and said he left time on Fridays. He was thorough, communicated throughout the day, let me know what did and didn't have to be done, has fair prices, got it done on time, and is a certified Subi center as well. Two thumbs up, car drives great!

These guys are top shelf. I've been taking my Subaru there for years because of reasonable pricing and, most importantly, they don't try to sell you on unnecessary repairs. When my old car gave out I bought a used vehicle from them because I knew I could trust that they had refurbished it properly. Plus, I can't imagine buying another brand that they wouldn't work on since they are strictly Subaru. Highly recommend!
