“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Experience That Made Me Believe in Verizon Again!
I walked into the Verizon store at the Maine Mall just looking for some information — but what I found was something far beyond what I expected. I was helped by Meaghen, and from the very first moment she showed genuine attention, patience, and an absolutely outstanding level of professionalism.
The truth is, I had decided to leave Verizon after several bad experiences in other stores — not once, but multiple times, all in Portland. I had told my wife that we were done with Verizon and that we were switching to another phone company.
But when I walked into this store and met this amazing representative, everything changed. She not only solved every question I had and helped me purchase two iPhone 17 Pro Max devices (one for me and one for my wife), but she also showed me that Verizon can truly be a company of excellence — when it’s represented by people like her.
The way she handled every detail, the care, the human touch, and the professionalism made me believe in Verizon again. In fact, after this experience, I’ve already recommended Verizon to several of my friends — all because of her.
In over 20 years of dealing with customer service, I’ve rarely met someone with this level of dedication, empathy, and passion for what they do. Verizon has a true gem here.
If anyone deserves recognition, a promotion, or an award, it’s this employee. She doesn’t just represent the brand — she rescues it.”

“I recently needed to replace an old cracked screen phone and went to this U.S. Cellular location. I was looking for a particular iPhone model and color and called ahead to verify it was in stock and the customer service in store picked right up and said they could hold it since it was the last one they had in stock no problem. Thomas, my wireless consultant, was knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the phone as I had more than a few since it was a big upgrade from the phone I had last (iPhone 6S to iPhone Mini 13!). He also was straightforward with offering, but not pressuring re: options to change my plan and other aspects of the paperwork. Last he helped place screen protector and transfer all I needed. So all in all a five star customer service experience. My only gripe is this location, being in the mall, it has taken much longer other times in the past to get help when they are busy with only two or so areas to help customers get setup and that has led to longer wait times- so I'd call ahead like I did if it's a busier time a day. I also think for how long I've been a customer for they could offer money off accessories or a new phone . Obviously service varies depending on where you live and travel, but US Cellular has been good to me so I'll stick with them.”

However, we came back to the store shortly after cause we needed a little bit of assistance and ELENA was THE REAL OG and the nicest person, she helped us super fast.
