The customer service sucks but I like the merchandise they carry. The sunglasses are stylish and cute. While the clothes are usually trendy and more diverse than most stores in the area. The people at the counter are not very friendly and helpful, as they just rush to get through the line and be done.

If I could give zero stars I would the customer service at this location was terrible. There was a what I thought was a female at the fitting rooms that was concerned to much about other women changing

The fitting room attendant did not make anyone aware that they close the fitting room at a certain time. She was also not around the majority of the time to be able to grab sizes or get people into fitting rooms. I found something I really loved after being defeated by how everything else fit and was not afforded the opportunity to try on the other size because she said it was now closed as I was going to grab the one size. I would understand if she had let us know in advance so we prepared and grabbed those sizes but she did not. This is extremely bad business practice to be shutting down the store 15 minutes early because the company doesn’t want to give extra 15-1hr for clean up after hours and thus ruins the customer experience.

I love the clothes here. Reasonably priced, affordable. Tailors mostly to the younger generation but I can find something to suit my tastes.

The cashier really did make a comment to my daughter while removing the security tags "do you want me to remove them, or do you want to pay $140.00 fine. My daughter had her card in the machine already to pay. I was asking about the closed fitting rooms. My daughter is a beautiful biracial, educated, young woman. These jeans will be returned. Handing out a paper to my kid to work at H&m..I'll put it nicely she's graduating college to get a career. Y'all are horrible

Lots of variety and plenty of items out on display but it was slightly chaotic and messy. The store was very busy and the queue was plenty full.

I found the items being sold were for a younger crowd! However I did find something for me in the lingerie department, and the clerk was most personable and helpful!

Men's plain T-shirts are in too many locations throughout the store. I know this might seem picky, but for real, racks of plain t's were at opposite ends of the men's section. It's just not a layout conducive to a which shop, which I assume is the idea.

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. After spending close to $30.00 for ONSIES for my toddler I was shipped the incorrect item. I called into their customer service department and had a really hard time understanding them to do phone static. I asked for a refund and was told I would have to wait until they received the item back to issue a refund. Most places these days will issue a refund even before you drop the item in the mail. Told the rep that I don't believe that is an ethical business practice anymore especially for a company that is supposed to be so highly rated. I asked to speak to a manager and they put me on hold and spoke to the manager themselves never bringing me into the equation. When he came back onto the phone I told him that I didn't want to hear his rendition of what the manager said and that I wanted to speak to him MYSELF. I was denied that right and was HUNG UP ON. This was my first time ordering from this company and you can bet that I will NEVER order from them again. SO DISAPPOINTING!
