The "process," to return an item is just beyond the ridiculous: phone number associated with the account, email, and picture of driver's license. All this razzmatazz for what was a $10 item. And all this to make the bosses happy. Well, bosses, you have just lost yourselves a customer. I will n e v e r step foot in any of your stores again. My email, phone number, and driver's license info is NONE of YOUR BUSINESS. Your policy stinks. As for the $10 refund...given to the 1st person in need I met.

I won't be shopping at Harbor Freight. I recommended Harbor Freight to my fiance who was looking for an electric power washer. She bought it and it worked once flawlessly. She went to use it a week later and couldn't get it to work. We tried everything and followed the instructions but the power washer would not work. She called and was told that there's a restocking fee because there wasn't another one in stock. I drove to Harbor Freight with the defective pressure washer to return it and was told the same about a 20% restock fee. Question, who the hell charges a restock fee on a return of a defective product?? I'm done!

Need a utility pump quickly so I bought from harbor freight and got the 2 year warranty than it crapped out 2 hrs later and when I took it back they said I need to call and send it out, i explained to the guy I'm pumping water now and need another, with no help so keep your pump
