Could not rate five stars because they seem to be out of product quite a bit.other than that they are very nice and it is convenient to be able to get your grocery shopping done when picking up the scripts.

I'm a little apprehensive to give such a positive review of this store for fear of ruining one of my favorites elements of it- it's hardly ever packed!! Don't get me wrong, people surely shop here, but it never feels like it's overly crowded like some of the other Hannaford locations in the area can. The store is always very clean and it has several self checkout registers. I actually drive past the Millcreek store to go over here because it's worth it to me.

They need to fire the pharmacy manger. Always rude, always horrible and never wants to help. No wonder no one works there.

This pharmacy is a nightmare to deal with. They never answer their phone, and never follow up on calls. I had to call them 3 separate times and leave messages for them to finally get back to me. All the staff is rude, and clearly don't care about the people who go there. Extremely unhelpful and incompetent.

I came in, stood and waited for 8 minutes while staff ignored me and talked to each other. Finally get met, and ask for two bottles so I can split my pills up because I have OCD, and I'm told no they can't help me. We'll thanks for nothing. I'll be looking to transfer my prescriptions because I refuse to deal with unprofessionalism.

They are so caring and customer oriented. They do much more than what is required of them. They go above and beyond, everyone I have dealt with is amazing. Alicia has helped get prescriptions filled for me and answered my questions. Thank you.

Just got back. Amazed how many people weren't wearing masks. Found a manager and voiced my concerns. Little wimpy guy could not have cared less. Said he could offer a mask but they might have breathing problems. Seems this store wants to make a political point instead of ensuring the health and safety of their customers. I'll never be back.

Hannaford has always excelled in the Pharmacy. Andrea at the Maine Mall Pharmacy goes way out her way to be patient and kind.

To be totally honest, I often forget this Hannaford even exists. It's tucked away behind the Maine Mall in a way that it sort of gets swallowed up by all the mega chains surrounding it. It's still a good Hannaford... it's just never on my personal radar the way the Mill Creek, Riverside, Gorham, or Westbrook locations are. This Hannaford has sushi options, a salad bar, a wing bar, an olive bar, a shellfish steamer, and Hannaford To Go. Parking isn't usually an issue, though the parking lot itself is confusing to navigate since this in a strip mall area and if you choose the wrong exit, you could end up being forced to only go right. It's got all the essentials, so if you're in the area shopping and need to stop in before heading home, you'll find everything you need!
