Terrible experience today at goodwill….asked a question if something was priced out and received a very negative response. Understanding that you guys are very busy, but the customer service could be better. Not sure on the lady’s name but I won’t be going back to this location

No comment, one star service today @1:45 4/3/24
Person behind counter had a snappy attitude and avoided helping out,I like goodwill been shopping there for years, but some adolescent staff need people training.

Saw a 7 season old talbots jacket for $80!They left the original sticker on it so we could see it was $133.. big deal. If I wanted a better discount on an old Talbots Jacket I would go to Marshalls. how money grubbing is it how they’re pricing these clothes……good will has no GOOD WILL. this store is for people who need cheap clothes……. $3 not $80!!! Their are homeless people hanging out in there…. Honestly I will pray there is a better “thrift” store for the needy.

the guy at the counter was muttering to himself as he checked us out, it was a little unsettling at first but he couldn’t help it and I feel for him, he did a great job and I got a jacket for Marc

Angry employee with rings on his finger getting angry with several people in line all one after the other, being super straight faced and short, with angry mouth gestures. Freaked me out a little.

This store is ridiculously overpriced for a second hand thrift store. Similar stores are much better for bargains.

Used to be a good goodwill. Prices are now too high and nothing good.

Will never return here. I walked in and stood behind a lady in line then the employee walked off. He said nothing to me and completely ignored the fact that I was standing there. I assumed that he might have gone to the bathroom or another employee would have taken his place. This was not the case I stood up front for quite a long time wondering when someone would acknowledge I was standing there. I saw the same employee walking the isles but couldn't make eye contact and there were no other employees around. I saw there was a bell, I rang it once no one came, rang it twice and the same employee came over. I said to him "donations" and held out what was in my hand. He asked me "returns?" I said "no donations." He told me to drive around back and began to ignore me again and walk away. I told him that I have walked in to make donations before and the employees have taken my stuff at the counter. He kept saying drive around back continuing to ignore me and walk away. I had to meet my mother, I've never driven around back and didn't have the time to find the "out back" this employee was referring to with no details and rude nature. I left the donations at the front where other employees have taken them before and left. I have never been disrespected so much by an employee in my entire life. This employee completely ignored me multiple times when I was standing in front of him and walked away continuously dismissing me. That is not how a customer should be treated, ever. I will never return to this location and I hope this employee learns a little bit about customer service because to me it doesn't seem like he knows how to treat customers.

These folks are doing the very best that they can to keep a nice store and so I go there about once a month and this time I was pretty impressed with the changes as well as the selection. The staff is super nice and the prices? Well it's Goodwill but I think they do a nice job keeping their prices competitive in the charity shop Market. It's worth a look.

For people who get things free you’re awfully greedy with over pricing everything .. you guys see a Nike sweatshirt come in and even though it’s got a rip and fuzzies all over it you still charge 10 to 15 dollars for it .. who ever is pricing the stuff needs to be fired .. Salvation Army doesn’t price like that .. stop being greedy the poor shop there ..
