So very happy with our choice of florist for my daughter’s wedding in Portland! Trying to plan a wedding in Portland for a mom in Louisiana was very stressful but Rachael put all concerns aside. Great with communication, very well priced, heard me when I explained the theme of birch and bears and made great suggestions for flowers, birch branches, trees and other natural elements. Both the ceremony room and reception venue were just beautiful and her team who did the tablescapes were on point and very creative. The flowers were fresh and stayed fresh throughout the night. Highly recommend Rachael and Fleur De Lis Floral Design!

I went to Fleur De Lis for a company retreat gift for an employee of 20 years. I called in advance and got a bouquet made up and when I arrived it was beautiful. I wanted to get a little large of a size and asked to get a couple more flowers added to it. They gave me a premade bouquet in replacement that was almost triple the size of the first and when asked the difference in price she had said “ don’t worry about it”. Will definitely visit and bring my floral needs to the three women working in the shop today. Thank you again so much for the great experience!

We ordered a bouquet and a boutonniere from here. The pictures they had shown us of previous bouquets they did and we were very excited to work with them. The bouquet I received was smaller than a bridesmaid bouqet and was very pricey. I had to have my day of coordinator remake my bouqet for me. The florist sent me a photo of inspiration and when you see her photo and my bouqet together my bouquet is a quarter of the size. I could have bought flowers from trader Joe's for nothing and made tripple the size of what they gave me. Not pleased at all.

I wore a corsage at an event on Wednesday, Aug 21, 2024 that was made by your business- it was so lovely and smelled so good I didn’t want to take it off! The flowers were so healthy and the arrangement was just darling. Thank you for such lovely corsage!

I was Co-Chair of a Daughters of the American Revolution gala on August 21. Guests included DAR and Maine Mayflower members, and the only florist we considered for such special and distinguished guests was Fleur de Lis because of our experience of having both received and purchased breathtaking arrangements from them. We ordered a corsage for the featured speaker and 3 boutonnieres for the bagpiper, the singer, and the minister. I gave Rachel carte blanche for the designs because she understood that we would have guests with discriminating tastes. The corsage and boutonnieres were stunning and extraordinary, all made from Rachel’s flowers from her own garden. If you are planning a special event, you will want Fleur de Lis. At the last minute I was looking for a boutonniere for my son for his prom at strive in South Portland went in to fleur-de Lis floral and they asked me what they could do for me very pleasant very polite even offered to help try and get my handicapped mother into the building but we both decided to be best if she waited in the car told them what I was looking for and apologize for being last minute and they said absolutely no problem we'd be more than happy to do that come back in an hour when back in an hour and it was ready and it was exceptionally pleasant working with them thanks again for all the work that you do

My mother had a last minute hotel stay in Portland / Old Port area. After learning of this the morning of her stay I wanted to send her flowers a on a same day notice for her birthday. This combined with me being in Florida this was a hard task, after another local florist referred me to Fleur de Lis I was able to reach (whom I presume to be the owner) and she was the kindest sweetest soul. She said she could do it for me and deliver to the hotel before check in, the price for the arrangement with delivery was very fair! She asked about what look or any specific floral requests and I just told her something vibrant and colorful, not Easter-ish or pastels. I told her have fun with it and I trust her however she wants to do it. She absolutely nailed it. My mother was so excited to arrive and see her surprise floral awaiting her in the room. This was on March 16th...this morning (march 25th) my mother text me again showing me how stunning these floral still are today! I can't thank you enough for being kind, adaptable and bringing my mom this joy!

I cannot say enough good things about Rachel and her team. She invited me to the shop and talked me through ideas and pricing. I was confident she was the one for the job because of her experience, personality and reasonable pricing approach. Our baby brunch this weekend with a greenery theme turned out beautifully. They delivered and set up on time and didn't miss a thing and even included some extra touches. Everyone mentioned how gorgeous the room looked. Thank you guys! We will be back!

I've tried getting flowers from a couple places around Portland but after trying Fleur De Lis I haven't gone anywhere else. Everything I've gotten has been worth the price. The arrangements are always big, full, colorful, and interesting.My favorite might be the seasonal wrapped bouquet. I like the surprise of seeing what they put in it!

Extremely knowledgeable, amazing (mostly) local sourcing, and incredible arrangements. We went in with a lot of questions and uncertainty and were educated in a whirlwind tour of the flowers in the shop. Great experience with great florists.
