Broke down while traveling. Needed to get back on the road to keep reservation schedule. These guys squeezed me into their schedule and got me on the road again. Good work at a fair price. These guys are awesome.

I love Duval’s Auto Repair. Their customer service is exceptional. They are accommodating to my schedule and needs. While my lastest appointment was for our annual inspection, they fit me in with a short notice. Asked if I was leaving the vehicle and if I would need a loaner car. I waited for my vehicle and was in and out with 45 minutes. This was not the first time I’ve been the Duval’s and certainly not the last. It’s important to me to trust my auto mechanic and they define have earned our trust and business.

I have been going to Duval’s for 20+ years and have many stories of how they helped me out in all kinds of situations. It isn’t quite the same now with the new owners, but I still get very good service, trust them, and will continue to go there.

Honestly it was a shot in the dark for me. I normally go to my dealership but I had a road trip coming up and needed my AC looked at asap. Folks at Duval helped me get my car looked at. The key drop box was easy and I felt they charged me fairly for the work done. They even pulled out my expired registration to remind me to get that updated. Kind people and fair work. I would recommend.
