If I could give Zero stars I would, your workers Gena and Katrina didn't know anything and held me up close to 45 minutes as they couldn't figure what they were doing, they need to be fired or quit, I entered the store and checked out by 4pm on July 4th, check your cameras and how incompetent they were, never coming back to this location for anything, enjoy your bad workers causing a mile long line.

Zero stars if was allowed!!!! What happened to this store?!?!?! It used to be very clean, stocked, and smiling friendly staff. Now its empty shelves, items tossed everywhere, trash and boxes throughout the aisles-- if not blocked off because of water leaking from the ceiling--- and all new staff that don't seem to know how to smile let alone say hello. I drive over a hour one way just to check out the Portland/South Portland store's - this was one of my favorite ones- now I can cross it off my list as its not worth walking through the doors!!!! Another Dollar Tree gone to SH*T because of a management change.

I just got here at 5:13 pm and there's a note on the door closed for 2 hrs. But it's been since noon. So, many is here and leaving. They are losing money.

Walked in to get items we wanted, store was cluttered with silver carts everywhere, things not where they should be.... Proceeded to continue to shop when my disabled child screamed out he had to pee. My husband proceeded to ask cashier for a key so he could take him and the lady was very rude and snobby. My husband finds me to tell me and we will not be back. How as a human can you deny a disabled being a chance to utilize the bathroom.
