I go to go to minute clinic that I scheduled drive all the way there and waited 20 minutes and they send me a text saying sorry! Your appointments canceled! … no one even comes and tells me. Ridiculous. Next time don’t put the appointment times and don’t wait 20 minutes after my time to tell me. What a waste of time

Other than rare neutral experiences at the pharmacy I have largely had negative ones. They generally seem put out by having to deal with customers. My most recent experience will prevent me from ever going there again. I set up a Covid booster on line Saturday. The site said I was good to go and I am eligible due to asthma and autoimmune issues. I got there and a young woman turned me away saying I was not eligible in spite of seeing my card which clearly shows I have gotten a booster there before. I regret not pushing back more but I just didn’t have the energy to pushback yesterday. Now I have to get it at my doctor’s office Monday which I was trying to avoid in case it makes me sick because I can’t afford to miss work. The reason for two versus one stars is there are a few sweet people at the front of the store. But the pharmacy is consistently poor service.

I would give negative stars if I could. My daughter is on a medicine that needs to be picked up within 4 days of her lab results. Labs came back on Wednesday and doc sent in prescription in a Wednesday. I went on the pharmacy app and it said they had the prescription and that it would be ready by Friday afternoon. Went to pick up the med and the tech said there was no prescription but that they would reach out to the doctor to get one. Since it was a Friday afternoon, he said it wouldn’t happen until Monday, which would be too late. What happened to the prescription is what I want to know. I called the after hours physician who verified that a prescription had been electronically sent on Monday. After pulling teeth with the triage nurse, because I knew I would get nowhere with the pharmacy, they got one calked in 8 hours before it would have been too late. When my daughters doctor got the message on Monday morning, she called CVS pharmacy to find out what had gone wrong, the tech hung up on her. Now I am trying to find a new pharmacy.

I wish pharmacists would give their names when you call, there is one woman that is always very rude when you call---it sounds like you're inconceniencing her by calling. It seems like lots of people in these reviews have dealt with the same woman. I don't want to give less than 3 stars because otherwise I find their services to be great, but this woman really makes the experience frustrating.

AVOID PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS! Especially if you have Type One Diabetes, or honestly any illness where your medication is a requirement for your survival. If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in to get a supply of Pen Needles. I'd had an issue with my insurance holding up my normal supply and needed to purchase a box without using my insurance. Unfortunately, this is a common reality with my illness. Without my pen needles, I can't get the insulin that keeps me alive and allows me to eat.The person that "helped" me refused to fill it because it was "a prescription drug and I can't just hand this to you". I showed her multiple times the script that I had showing I had a prescription, not to mention the 20 years they have on file of my filling this same Rx at CVS) but the worst part is, I didn't even need that. Then she told me she couldn't fill my request unless I ran it through insurance (which, by the way, is considered insurance fraud). She was so rude and condescending I just left and went to another pharmacy that thankfully were MUCH kinder than these people and actually understood the law.To add insult to injury, when I called to tell the manager what happened, he asked for my personal information, stating that he could not "resolve the situation" without it. All he had to do was google to find out that even if I didn't have a prescription (which I did) this was actually breaking the law (see below from law H.P. 1327 - L.D. 1776 An Act To Allow Pharmacists To Dispense an Emergency Supply of Chronic Maintenance Drugs*), violating my civil liberties, and leaving me without access to medical supplies I cannot live without. I'm literally shaking as I write this review, it was that upsetting of an interaction, and I pray that this review will save someone else from what I had to go through.Protect yourself or your loved ones and find a different pharmacy that deserves your trust.*Sec. 2. 32 MRSA §13786-F is enacted to read: §13786-F. Dispensing of emergency supplies of chronic maintenance drug 1. Definition. For the purposes of this section, "chronic maintenance drug" means a medication prescribed to treat a chronic, long-term condition and that is taken on a regular, recurring basis. 2. Emergency supply. A pharmacist may dispense an emergency supply of a chronic maintenance drug without a current, valid prescription from a practitioner

Allow us to make a minute clinic appointment and after our 45min drive down told us they were closed for the day. Incredibly unprofessional.

While on vacation in Maine, I discovered when I got to my hotel that I forgot to pack a few items - so I stopped in at the first drug store I came across to pick up moisturizing lotion, Tums, and some other odds and ends. Service was good! #CVSPharmacy

terrible experience. When something is suppose to be simple with clear directions don't make things more difficult than they need to be.

I had a great appointment with NP Lovegren in the Minute Clinic. When my PCP wouldn't give me the time of day, she was attentive, understanding, and so pleasant to work with and got me out of there with the treatment I needed to get better.

Went to get a covid test and they made me get it through the front register and I brought it to the pharmacy myself then they made me wait 20 minutes to get the box and leave. It felt like it was out of spite. No customer service skills at the pharmacy. They’re only in business because of the location.
