My vacuum’s display was broken so you don’t know what you’re being charged or the time, the carpet foam button/hose did not work, which was the entire reason I went there, the vacuum nozzle fell apart and I had to hold it together with my hands, pretty unsuccessfully. The folks in charge need to check their equipment frequently and post out of order signs. Thank you.

We love it here! The workers are very nice. I love the touchless or soft, touch car wash. They have definitely be coming back.

Crystal Clean really sucks. I wish I had checked them out before going there. When purchasing a wash, I slipped a twenty into the machine and it gave me back 5 tokens. No bottom blast, no customer assistance. The next week, I went to the Jiffy Wash near Cash Corner and was extremely pleased. I was so pleased, I tipped the representative a dollar I received as change rather than a worthless token.

Clean, modern, in good repair, this place has the bays I need for DIY cleaning and the drive-through for automated cleaning. No problems.

Probably the most disappointing touch-less car wash I’ve been to. I went home immediately after (less that 1/4 mile) and noticed it was still very dirty. My car wasn’t that filthy to begin with, and I understand touch-less isn’t perfection, but this was pretty bad.

I was told about the "fancy light show," but let me assure you, there is no fancy light show whatsoever. Just some flashing red, green, and blue. I felt like I was getting pulled over by the police at Christmastime in a foamy storm. Find your light show somewhere else, people. Thankfully, they don't actually advertise a fancy light show. The wash itself was serviceable.

Recently moved to Maine from South Africa and used Crystal Clean Car wash for the first time - and so glad I did. The whole set up was new to me but thankfully Scott and Chris were on site and took me through all the options and assisted with what would be needed for a basic wash plus pointed out some detail on what might be a good extra for my car. Whilst I realize this might not help those who are doing comparisons between car washes ito price etc, it’s always worthwhile to give a shout out to local business and their owners and staff who are helpful and treat customers well. For that reason, and ease of use, Crystal Clean Car Wash will most definitely see me again.

The vacuum takes only cards $1.00 or $5.00. No coins. No change when you use $5.00. Vacuum only lasted long enough to clean half of my car! No one works there.Service: Vacuuming
