I met Dawn-Marie for the first time and she was AMAZING! She asked me questions to understand what I was looking for, and the end result was exactly what I wanted! The entire process of booking online with Coco, being walked through the process, learning about the salon and hair stylists was easy and helped to ensure a perfect fit for my stylist. Everyone in the salon was friendly and welcoming!

Ashley was wonderful- it was my first visit and she explained everything she was doing and spent time making sure I understood how I could achieve the style at home. Plus she was easy to talk to! Gorgeous, relaxing environment as well.

I’ve been going there off and on for 10+ years since before the move to Clark’s Pond and have always loved my cuts. After not having a cut in a while, I was able to find an appointment after work that worked for me a couple days prior. Jackpot! Im a working mom who rarely takes time to treat myself, and admittedly has not had her haircut in far too long. I received a text the night after scheduling asking for a returning client consultation form to be completed within 24 hours or my appointment would be cancelled because I haven’t been there in 6 months.
At first, I’m annoyed. They’re asking for current selfies front and back and 5 or so pictures of how you want your cut…feels like homework and difficult to bust out with a toddler running around. A thing that’s supposed to be self-care and relaxing just adding an additional stressor. Then I figure, it’s probably a timesaver for the stylist especially if they’ve never worked with me…I get it. My plan is to take the pictures and do the research on cuts I like during the toddler’s nap time the next afternoon.
Fast forward to the morning after, I get a text at 10:45a (18 hours after initial text was sent) saying that they cancelled the appointment for not filling out the form in time. I’m good, go ahead and cancel, I won’t be going back. The stylists have always been fantastic but the scheduling system and nightmare of the returning client questionnaire is not worth the additional mental burden for a busy mom who is just trying to get a simple haircut.
