Yoga for All Bodies has changed how I view yoga- Lulu offers a safe space for exploration and learning how to make your practice at peace with your body. I have also participated in classes taught by Melora and one of the Kundalini workshops. AoA has created an environment and community dedicated healing. I am so thankful to have found them.

I really enjoy the yoga at bridge studio at art of awareness! It is sweet helpful yoga instructors at a very affordable price point. You can tell the teachers and the owner especially has a kind caring personality that helps relax and settle into yoga the best possible way you can! A definite yoga studio to check out!

I really love Jayne's Restorative Yoga Class. It is just what I need after a busy week with lots on my mind. She is gentle and nurturing and knows just how to support our bodies--no matter what our age, size, conditioning, or prior experience with yoga. I encourage everyone to try it!

Art of Awareness is an amazing wellness center. The therapists and Bridge studio teachers are all dedicated to supporting people on their path of wellness and the team is continually engaged in ongoing training, continuing education and support. The owner/director and staff are very responsive to client feedback.

Art of Awareness is the most amazing place I have ever worked. I am so honored to work with this incredible group of clinicians and clients. We offer outpatient and intensive outpatient program services. It is part of ethical practice to refer clients to the appropriate level of care when their needs cannot be met within our scope of practice/the level of support that can be provided by these services. We truly hope that everyone gets connected to the service that will most effectively help them on their personal journey to wellness. We are also happy to help with referrals for clients to find the right fit for them!
